Not a lot has happened the past couple months, but I hope all you fellow nerds will forgive me when I say the reason I haven’t been blogging is partly because I’ve been rereading insane amounts Harry Potter.
Four Harry Potter’s in one month – I am a normal human being.
Not saying I’m obsessed, but if you encountered me in real life right now, I would hope you enjoyed discussing which spell you would find the most useful, and whether Snape is really a jerk.
It has become increasingly more obvious when I bring them to work ever since book four, though, when I have to stuff a small tome inside my locker.
We also rewatched the first Harry Potter movie this weekend. The trio is so tiny! It’s been so long since I saw it, I couldn’t believe how small they were.
Greg and I went to see Insurgent this weekend. It was really good – much better than the trailer made it look to me. It was different than the book, but on its own, I enjoyed it.
Four is supposed to be 17 or 18 in the book, right? He definitely looks 30 in the movie. I can deal with that, though.
It only really threw me when Naomi Watts’ character showed up. I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t read the books.
Tomorrow is Greg and I’s anniversary!!! One year of marriage – we are going to travel to Toronto this weekend to celebrate. I also forgot it’s gonna be super cold there in March.
Has anyone been to Toronto or is anyone from there? We have places we want to visit and restaurants to try, but if you know any awesome places, let me know.

HI! I was just thinking I haven't seen any of your posts in a while!! Yay you're back, and what better reason than Harry Potter..?! Congratulations I hope that you have a blast in Toronto, I haven't been. We do have friends that live there… but I think reaching them in time would be a stretch, they aren't into social media. Alas. Though that newish movie 'what if' with Daniel Radcliffe (harry all grown up) is very quirky and fun and takes place in Toronto… does that count? Ha. I hope that you have a blast. Yay for anniversary! I have not been to Toronto, have fun and take lots of pictures so I can be jealous please!!
I still haven't seen Insurgent and I think I have forgotten the books enough that I have no idea who Naomi Watts could be playing.. oh wait, maybe I can. I have no idea. I saw Divergent before I finished Allegiant, and now I'm not sure if I even want to see the rest of the movies because Allegiant made me so made. I really do like Four though, haha.
Snape… he is kind of a jerk isn't he? But I love him all the same.
